I trained as a classical dancer at Central School of Ballet in London, before training
as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor.

I thrive on building a strong and positive relationship with my clients, with a fun yet productive approach.
​
I train clients of all ages and backgrounds, both individually or in groups,
from beginners to aspiring athletes, whilst having a specialism in Dancers.
As well as my clients from many walks of life, aged from 16-85, I am currently training dancers from The Royal Ballet School (Richmond), Central School of Ballet (London), The Vaganova Academy (St. Petersburg), Polish National Ballet School (Warsaw), Ballet Theatre UK (Leicestershire), Masters of Ballet Academy (London).

Specialised Dancer Fitness/Strength/Flexibility
Due to my training, I have an affinity with dancers and believe that my cardio, strength and flexibility programmes give dancers a performance edge and decreased chance of injury.
Attending these classes and PT sessions have made such a difference to my life! Sereina is super motivating and encouraging, giving general and personal corrections to all! I have noticed such a difference to my strength and muscle tone. Highly recommended, this lovely lady, as her classes, are fun, efficient and challenging!
